This handbook aims to empower young people with data, skills, and networks (increased capacity); connect them to meaningful opportunities to participate in review processes and dialogue and engage with decision-makers (access); let them report back on progress and respond to the communities they represent(agency) and in the process, young people will take the lead on holding decision-makers to account.
