Our Board of Directors include visionary leaders who constitute the highest decision-making body shaping the organisation’s vision, policy direction, and strategy.

The demographic, gender, socio-economic, and religious diversity in the YOTA Board affirms the organisation’s commitment to leaving no one behind in the youth development effort.

In particular, the Board’s youthful composition, with about 80% of members being young achievers under the age of 35, further affirms YOTA’s credibility as a truly youth-led organisation.
