YOTA’s success to date has been largely due to its dedicated team, including full-time and part-time staff, consultants, and volunteers from diverse backgrounds and talents dedicated to transforming the lives of Africa’s youth.

We have achieved remarkable success in the youth sector over the years with our predominantly youthful team, with more than 90% of staff being young professionals under the age of 35, making YOTA a genuinely youth-led organisation.
